Refund and cancellation Policy
Eligibility
You may raise a request for return/ replacement for any of the following reasons.
- Physical Damage: received product is physically damaged in transit. (Ideally, you should not accept the package if damage is evident from the packaging in the consignment)
- Manufacturing Defect: In case of an equipment/ instrument if the product has a manufacturing defect and/ or is not working properly
- Short Expiry: for consumables/ sterile products/ perishables and other products with an expiry date if the product has less than 1 months left from expiry date
- Incomplete product received: If some part of the product is missing or some accessory which should be included is missing
- Received wrong product
- No Refund: if manufacturer mentions on any product “no return”will not be refunded
Process
- To initiate a return/ replacement you would be required to raise a request by sending an email on support@Semamart.com* with the appropriate documentation/ proof which includes but is not limited to the following
- Details of the order – Photo/soft copy of bill/invoice
- Photos/videos of the product/s showing the relevant issue/defect
- Photo of shipping label with order ID
- In case any clarification on the matter is required a Semamart representative/ executive will connect with you. After the clarification if any and contingent on the evidence shared by you the return will be approved over email. In case of incomplete/ inaccurate information provided in the return/ replacement request, Semamart may not be able to provide a return/ replacement approval.
- Upon approval of the return/ replacement, the operations team will initiate return collection within 7 working days of request approval.
- After the receipt of returned produced, the Quality Assurance (QA)/ Quality Control (QC) team will check and approve the return. Post this approval from the QS/ QC the process for replacement will be initiated. SLA for returns approval to replacement initiation is 7 working days.
Terms and Conditions
- The request for return/ replacement should be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
- A replacement would be offered against all returns requested. In case, the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced at the time of request, then refund will be issued through payment gateway/credit note/ coupon.
- Sterile products (consumables, sterile packs, vaccines, resins, reagents etc) will be applicable for return only in case of wrong product delivery.
- Semamart at its discretion can deny a request for replacement if it considers the request to not be genuine.
- Approval for refund/ replacement are provided only after the QA/ QC team has checked and approved the returned product for below compliance:
- It should be complete – no missing parts or accessories
- It should be unused
- It should be undamaged
- It should not have been customized – any custom engraving/embroidery/ design etc done at the time of order placement
Order cancellation policy
- You may cancel an order and be eligible for a refund if
- The order is cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order and the order has not been shipped.
- In case the delivery is delayed by more than 21 days from date of order placement unless specifically at the time of placing order. (Not applicable for made to order items, heavy equipment, devices and furniture)
- The above cancellation policy does not apply for items that are specially procured for you. We may however consider your request for such cancellation at our discretion.
Refund policy
- A refund will be initiated on the confirmation of cancellation by Semamart team. On approval of cancellation you will receive an email notification of the same.
- Semamart representative/ executive will reach out to you to know your refund preference.
- Refund to SM wallet will be processed within 24 hours of order cancellation
- The refund to designated card/bank account/UPI account through payment gateway will be reversed back to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods/ cancellation and confirmation by the QA/ QC team.
- Refund by NEFT / RTGS transfer to your bank account will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods/ cancellation.
Please note that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.
Terms and conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Delivery OTP will be shared only on the registered email and registered mobile number.
- The delivery agent will reach out only on the registered mobile number.
- 3 attempts will be made for delivery of the order. In case of failure of delivery in 3 attempts, the order will be returned.
- In case of wrong/damaged goods follow the return/ replacement policy as specified in the Policy. For any query you can email at support@equipments.innovyaconsulting.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of you get a confirmation of delivery message without receiving the order, you must inform Semamart on email support@equipments.innovyaconsulting.com within 24 hours of receiving the message.
- Pickup for returns – Only 2 attempts of pick up will be made. During the pickup ensure that the pickup person seals the package in front of you.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorised account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.
